Stretchable lanyards feature a specially woven, shock-absorbing inner core that expands up to 1.1 m (3.6') to reduce fall arrest forces to 408 kg (900lbs.) or less. Lanyards stretch from 1.2–1.8 m (4–6') allowing for maximum maneuverability while reducing the chances of tripping, snagging, or dragging. The heavy-duty, tubular outer jacket serves as a backup to the inner core. A unique warning flag signals when lanyard is unfit for service due to previous falls.
