Eilidh Robertson

President of the Avantor Foundation

Eilidh Robertson is currently serving as President of the Avantor Foundation. She also serves as Avantor’s Vice President, Strategic Partners. In this role she has global responsibility of managing several of Avantor's top BioPharma customers where she focuses on strategic alignment, contract compliance, account governance and enterprise growth for Avantor within her customer portfolio.

During her tenure at Avantor, Eilidh has served as UK Managing Director and Vice President for Europe, UK Sales Director, Regional Manager and Product Specialists. She has a scientific background including three years in a laboratory before transitioning to a commercial environment.

Eilidh holds a Bachelor of Parasitology from The University of Glasgow and a Master of Science in Forensic Science from The University of Strathclyde.

Tola Olorunnisola

Treasurer of the Avantor Foundation

Tola Olorunnisola is Avantor’s Senior Vice President and General Manager of Services in our Laboratory Solutions segment. She has over 15 years of experience in the Medical Device and Life Science industry developing and executing digital and go-to-market strategies. Additionally, she has led the development and deployment of large-scale enterprise solutions.

Tola received her BA in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Phil De Winne

Board Member for the Avantor Foundation

Phil De Winne serves as Avantor’s Vice President, Digital Collaboration, Data & Emerging Technologies focused on driving innovation, efficiency and transformation through deployment of cutting-edge technology. With over 12 years at the company, As part of Avantor’s digital transformation, Phil spearheads initiatives to integrate generative AI, aimed at enhancing productivity, fostering creativity, and saving time for associates, customers, suppliers, and partners Prior to joining Avantor, Phil held various roles at Siemens and NATO, responsible for large program management and deployment of complex and large-scale enterprise systems.

Phil earned a bachelor's in applied computer science from HOGent in Belgium.

Sukwon Dong

Board Member for the Avantor Foundation

Sukwon Dong is Avantor’s Representative Director and Laboratory Solutions segment Business Unit Lead. He is responsible for overseeing country operations for our Korea business. Prior to working at Avantor, Sukwon oversaw the Life Sciences Division business at Bio-Rad for almost ten years. He began his career with Merck Korea holding numerous positions over his tenure including Head of Marketing & Sales as well as Product Manager. He earned an MBA, MA and BA from Yonsei University.

Allison Hosak

Board Member for the Avantor Foundation

Allison Hosak is our Senior Vice President, Global Communications and Brand. She is responsible for communications to all stakeholder audiences, corporate marketing, financial communications, corporate social responsibility and change management. Over her tenure with the Company, she has helped foster Avantor’s growth and prominence as a global leader in life sciences. She has built an integrated global communications and brand function from the ground up, and led Avantor’s initial public offering, three corporate rebrands, and multiple mergers and integrations. She earned an MBA in marketing from Lehigh University and Bachelor of Science in business administration – marketing with a minor in public relations from Kutztown University.

Paul Serrin

Board Member for the Avantor Foundation

Paul Serrin is the Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations at Avantor, overseeing the Solon, Sidney B.C., and Mexico City sites. In this role, Paul drives the implementation of standardized processes focused on safety, quality, customer delivery, and cost efficiency across these facilities. Paul has been with Avantor for five years, starting as an Operations Manager at the Solon facility. Before joining Avantor, Paul accumulated a decade of experience in engineering, quality, and operations leadership roles at PPG Industries.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Paul enjoys volunteering as the head coach for his daughter's travel basketball team
each year.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

Natalia Vitale

Board Member for the Avantor Foundation

Natalia Vitale serves as Head of Global Talent Acquisition for Avantor responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery a robust global talent attraction strategy. Before Avantor, Natalia served as an International Recruiting Leader for Aramco Americas. Prior to Aramco, she served in a variety of recruiting leadership roles at Halliburton, Sysco Corporation and Kelly Services.

Natalia actively serves as a Career Mentor & Coach to employees within and outside of Avantor, on the Customer Advisory Board for TalentNeuron and the Disability Task Force within Avantor. She volunteers with community organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and the Houston Food Bank.

Natalia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
