Anti-LRRTM4 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-LRRTM4 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: ProSci Inc.

LRRTM4 Antibody: The Leucine-rich repeat transmembrane neuronal proteins (LRRTMs) are differentially expressed in the nervous system and were recently found to instruct presynaptic and mediate postsynaptic glutamatergic differentiation, with LRRTM1 and LRRTM2 most potent at inducing presynaptic differentiation. Little is known about the function of LRRTM4; in mouse, it is expressed in the limb mesenchyme, neural tube, caudal mesoderm and in three distinct regions of the head. Later expression occurs in a subset of the developing sclerotome. Its similarity to other LRRTM family members suggests that LRRTM4 may also play a role in the development and maintenance of the vertebrate nervous system.

Anti-LRRTM3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-LRRTM3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: ProSci Inc.

LRRTM3 Antibody: The Leucine-rich repeat transmembrane neuronal proteins (LRRTMs) are differentially expressed in the nervous system and were recently found to instruct presynaptic and mediate postsynaptic glutamatergic differentiation, with LRRTM1 and LRRTM2 most potent at inducing presynaptic differentiation. Recent evidence suggests that LRRTM3 promotes the processing of amyloid-precursor protein (APP) by the beta-secretase BACE, leading to the proteolytic production of the Abeta42 peptide that is the main component of amyloid plaques. Furthermore, LRRTM3 maps to a region of chromosome 10 linked to both late-onset Alzheimer's disease (AD) and elevated plasma Abeta42 levels, suggesting that LRRTM3 is a functional and positional candidate gene for AD.

Anti-NLRP14 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-NLRP14 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: ProSci Inc.

NALP14 Antibody: NALP proteins are cytoplasmic proteins that form a subfamily within the larger CATERPILLER family and are thought to play a crucial role in cell proliferation and reproduction. Like all other NALP family members, NALP14 has a C-terminal leucine-rich repeat (LRR) region, an N-terminal Pyrin domain (PYD) followed by a NACHT domain, and a NACHT-associated domain. While little is known about the function of NALP14, it has been suggested that it may play a role in spermatogenesis and that mutations in the NALP14 gene might cause spermatogenic failure.

Anti-TCEB2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-TCEB2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: ProSci Inc.

TCEB2 is the protein elongin B, which is a subunit of the transcription factor B (SIII) complex. The SIII complex is composed of elongins A/A2, B and C. It activates elongation by RNA polymerase II by suppressing transient pausing of the polymerase at many sites within transcription units. Elongin A functions as the transcriptionally active component of the SIII complex, whereas elongins B and C are regulatory subunits. Elongin A2 is specifically expressed in the testis, and capable of forming a stable complex with elongins B and C. The von Hippel-Lindau tumor suppressor protein binds to elongins B and C, and thereby inhibits transcription elongation. This gene encodes the protein elongin B, which is a subunit of the transcription factor B (SIII) complex. Anti-SLITRK3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-SLITRK3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: ProSci Inc.

Slitrk3 Antibody: SLIT and NTRK-like family 3 (Slitrk3) is a member a protein family consisting of six homologous transmembrane proteins (Slitrk1-6) that share two conserved leucine-rich repeat domains in the extracellular domain and have significant homology to Slit, a secreted axonal growth-controlling protein. These proteins are also homologous to trk neurotrophin receptors in their intracellular domains. Expression of Slitrk proteins is highly restricted to neural and brain tumor tissues, but varies within the protein family. Like every other Slitrk protein except Slitrk1, overexpression of Slitrk3 inhibited neurite outgrowth in cultured neurons, suggesting that these proteins are involved in the control of neurite outgrowth.

These proteins are also homologous to trk neurotrophin receptors in their intracellular domains. Expression of Slitrk proteins is highly restricted to neural and brain tumor tissues, but varies within the family. For example, Slitrk2 is expressed primarily in neurons in the ventricular layer of the brain. Like every other Slitrk protein except Slitrk1, overexpression of Slitrk2 inhibited neurite outgrowth in cultured neurons. Deletion analysis indicated that the functional difference between Slitrk2 and Slitrk1 is within their intracellular domains. At least two isoforms of this protein are known to exist.

Anti-IL10 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-IL10 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: ProSci Inc.

Interleukins (ILs) are a large group of cytokines that are produced mainly by leukocytes, although some are produced by certain phagocytes and auxiliary cells. ILs have a variety of functions, but most function to direct other immune cells to divide and differentiate. Each IL acts on a specific, limited group of cells through a receptor specific for that IL. Human IL10 is a non glycosylated polypeptide consisting of 178 amino acids. There is 73% homology between the human and mouse IL10 proteins, however, the human IL10 acts on both human and mouse target cells, while the mouse IL10 has species specific activity. The cellular sources of IL10 are CD4+ T cells and T cell clones, thymocytes, B cells and B cell lymphomas, macrophages, mast cell lines and keratinocytes. IL10 will stimulate the growth of stem cells, mast cells and thymocytes. IL10 enhances cytotoxic T cell development, and costimulates B cell differentiation and immunoglobulin secretion. IL10 inhibits cytokine production by macrophages and suppresses macrophage class II MHC expression. The human IL10 gene is on human chromosome

Anti-CDIP Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-CDIP Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: ProSci Inc.

CDIP Antibody: The p53 tumor-suppressor gene integrates numerous signals that control cell life and death; loss of its functions contributes to the development of most cancers. CDIP is a novel pro-apoptotic target gene whose inhibition abrogates p53-mediated apoptotic responses. Overexpression of CDIP induced apoptosis in transfected cells while siRNA suppression of caspase-8 mRNA blocked this CDIP-induced apoptosis, indicating that the CDIP-dependent apoptosis pathway proceeds through extrinsic cell death pathway. CDIP may thus represent a novel target for drug design to maximize p53 response and sensitize tumor cells to cancer therapy. Multiple isoforms of CDIP are known to exist.
