Each flow controller is equipped with a triple scale pressure gauge for 0 - 7 bar (psig, kg/cm²), a pressure regulator and a flow meter mounted on a convenient bracket for wall or panel mount installations.

At the same time a small portion of the dry product air is redirected to sweep out water vapour, which preferentially passes through the hollow fibres. The degree of drying is controlled by varying the compressed air throughput. Moisture laden sweep gas is vented to the atmosphere and the clean, dry air is supplied to the intended application.
