Anti-PKG Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Cyclic GMP-dependent protein kinases (PKGs or cGKs) are classified into two types, PKGI and PKGII. Studies have shown that PKGs are highly homologous to PKAs; phosphorylation of cellular proteins by both families of kinases leads to alterations in calcium mobilization, protein phosphatase activity, ion channel function, gene transcription, smooth muscle contractility, and platelet aggregation.

Anti-PTGDR2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
The conversion of arachidonic acid to prostaglandin H2 (PGH2) by cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes is the first step in the synthesis of prostanoids. Prostaglandin D2 (PGD2) is synthesized from PGH2 by the action of PGD synthase, and its actions in vasodilation and platelet activation are mediated via activation of two identified G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs): DP1 and DP2 (formerly CRTH2). Both DP1 and DP2 receptors are coupled to Gs alpha subunits, resulting in increased adenylyl cyclase activity and cAMP production upon agonist binding. DP1 receptor is expressed moderately in the ileum and weakly in the lung, stomach, and uterus of mice, and weakly in the small intestine of humans. In rodents, expression of PGD synthase and the DP1 receptor is seen in the leptomeninges, where it is believed they play a role in the induction of sleep. The DP1 receptor may also oppose DP2-mediated activation of basophils, eosinophils, and Th2 cells.

Anti-Endothelin B Receptor Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Endothelins are vasoactive peptides that exist in three forms (ET-1, ET-2, and ET-3), and function in the maintenance of vascular tone via two identified seven transmembrane-spanning domain-containing G protein-coupled receptors (GPCR), endothelin A (ETA) and endothelin B (ETB). The human ETA receptor is primarily expressed in vascular smooth muscle cells, including those of the heart (also in myocytes), lung, and brain, and its stimulation generally results in vasoconstriction. Activation of ETA receptors can be stimulated by binding of ET-1 and ET-2, but not ET-3. triggering the release of vasorelaxive factors such as nitric oxide (NO) and prostanoids from endothelial cells. Human ETB receptors are primarily expressed in endothelial cells lining the vessel walls of the lungs, heart, and brain, and in contrast to ETA receptors, stimulation generally results in transient vasodilation. Activation of ETB receptors can be stimulated by binding of all three endothelins, triggering the release of vasorelaxive

Anti-TCP1A Rat Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
TCP-1alpha is a 60 kDa subunit of a cytosolic hetero-oligomer chaperone that is known to be involved in the folding of Actin and Tubulin. This protein is a member of the Chaperonin family, which includes E. coli GroEL, the mitochondrial Heat-shock protein Hsp60, the plastid Rubisco-subunit-binding protein, and the archaebacterial protein TF55. These Chaperonins assist the folding of proteins upon ATP hydrolysis.

Anti-HSP60 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Hsp60 is a member of the chaperonin family of heat shock proteins, with homologs functioning in the cytosol and mitochondria to fold nascent and aggregated proteins. Hsp60 is the eukaryotic homolog of the E. coli GroEL protein, and forms a multimeric complex in the mitochondria with Hsp10 (Cpn10) to form a large central cavity in which ATP-dependent protein folding takes place. TRiC/CCT, a eukaryotic relative of Hsp60, is expressed in the cytosol and participates in the folding of actin and tubulin substrates, but lacks any association with an Hsp10-like co-factor.

Rap1 activation kit
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
The Assay Designs Rap1 activation kit provides a simple, convenient and efficient tool for monitoring the activation of the small GTPase, Rap1. This assay uses a GST-fusion protein containing the Rap1 binding domain (RBD) of human Ra1GDS to affinity precipitate active Rap1 (GTP-Rap1) from cell lysates. The GST-Ra1GDS-RBD fusion protein (~40 kDa) is incubated with cell lysate and a Glutathione Resin. The pulled-down active or GTP-Rap1 is detected by Western blot analysis using a specific Rap1 Antibody.

Anti-CRYAB Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Alpha-crystallins, which are part of the small Heat shock family members, are major water-soluble proteins present in the lens of the mammalian eye. Phosphorylation of serine residues which occurs during development and in response to stress, is intimately linked with its function. Chaperone activity requires, and is modulated by, oligomerization and is limited to binding unfolded intermediates to prevent irreversible aggregation.

Anti-FAS Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Fas/APO-1/CD95 is a 36 kDa cell surface type I-membrane glycoprotein with an apparent molecular weight of 44 kDa on SDS-PAGE. Fas belongs to the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) family, which includes TNFR1, TNFR2, CD27, CD30 and CD40. Binding of Fas-ligand (FasL) to Fas or crosslinking of Fas by anti-Fas monoclonal antibodies leads to apoptosis of Fas expressing cells. Both Fas and TNFR contain a 70 amino acid cytoplasmic “death domain” responsible for transmitting signals for apoptosis. Apoptosis induced by Fas-Fas ligand interaction is inhibited by a number of cytosolic factors such as the ICE/CED3 family inhibitor CrmA, and the short and long forms of FLIP. Insertion of an early transposable element in intron 2 of the Fas gene, as in the mouse lpr mutations, causes lymphoproliferation and autoimmunity in mutant mice, suggesting the involvement of Fas in clonal deletion of autoreactive T cells.
