CIP 100® Detergent System

CIP 100 alkaline detergent is ideal for clean-in-place (CIP) and clean-out-of-place (COP) applications.

• Low foaming, formulated alkaline cleaner contains biodegradable surfactants
• Extremely free-rinsing, penetrates, dissolves and removes a broad spectrum of soils using multiple cleaning mechanisms
• Both specific and non-specific methods are available for detecting cleaning agent residues

High-performance, phosphate-free, alkaline detergent system is for use in manual, immersion, and recirculating spray equipment.

A proprietary blend of potassium hydroxide, surfactants, chelants and other performance-enhancing ingredients provide multiple cleaning mechanisms. The low foaming product removes a wide range of process residues, from fertmentation by-products to silicone-based emulsions and lubricants.

It is specially formulated to meet the unique process cleaning demands found in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetic, dietary supplement and other industries requiring an effective validatable cleaner.
