BCECF AM ester ≥98% intracellular ratiometric pH-indicator

Acetoxymethyl ester of BCECF. Intracellular ratiometric pH indicator. Converts to fluorescent BCECF via the action of intracellular esterases. Ratio of fluorescence intensities can be converted to pH between 4 and 9. Excitation: 500 nm (high pH), 450 nm (low pH). Emission: 531 nm.
