The XYZ distributor provides infallible hygiene levels, as the liquid only comes into contact with a length of silicone tubing, which will withstand repeated sterilisation. This produces a completely closed system, to eliminate the risk of cross contamination. Different container sizes can be pre-programed and recalled any time in the future. This significantly reduces the changeover time and also gives greater flexibility using the machine for different vial sizes.

Options to operate by hand, foot pedal, or being left to cycle automatically, leaving the operator free to assist production elsewhere. Choose from 3 filling modes: 'Braked stop', 'Soft stop', or 'Stop with suck back'.

The XYZ distributor is designed for use in conjunction with the Adelphi Manufacturing accuramatic peristaltic pump (available to purchase separately).
