Fluorine doped tin oxide (FTO) glass coated slides
: Merck
FTO glass materials have thermal and heated glass performance properties, while also increasing light transmittance and optimising electrical conductivity. Fluorine doped tin oxide is relatively stable under atmospheric conditions, chemically inert, mechanically hard, high-temperature resistant, has a high tolerance to physical abrasion and is less expensive than indium tin oxide.
- Electrically conductive for heated and thermal control, dissipation and reduced transmittance
- Colour neutral glass inhibits reflector colour, increases light transmittance and minimizes haze
- Durable pyrolytic surface can be handled, cut, insulated, laminated, heat-strengthened and tempered
- Bendable TEC glass can be heat processed and bent after production
- Durable pyrolytic surface for long shelf life, minimizes rubs and scratches, and will not oxidize or change color over time
Fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) coated glass is electrically conductive for applications such as opto-electronics, touch screen displays, thin film photovoltaics, energy-saving windows, RFI/EMI shielding and other electro-optical and insulating applications.
: Available in different thicknesses and surface resistivities from 7 to 13 Ω/sq.
