Sample processing manifolds, VacMaster™ 96

VacMaster™ 96 processing station provides a total solution to high throughput sample processing in 96-well SPE, filtration, protein precipitation and phase separation.

• Compact footprint ensures minimal space requirement on automation instrument decks
• Sloping polypropylene base eliminates the need for a disposable waste reservoir tray and promotes quick and easy drainage of waste solvents and sample
• Solvent resistant, lightweight polypropylene manifold lid, easily manipulated by automation systems for effective unattended operation
• Needs vacuum control options (VCU-1 and VCU-2) regulate vacuum for manual applications
• Increase sample throughput using a multi-channel pipettes for rapid parallel sample dispensing

VCU-1: a separate polypropylene unit with vacuum gauge, on / off switch and fine controls. For use with a laboratory vacuum source.
VCU-2: a separate polypropylene unit with all the controls of the VCU-1 together with an integral vacuum generator. When coupled to a laboratory compressed air line, the VCU-2 can be used as a vacuum source. This eliminates the need for a vacuum pump.

VacMaster™ Trap Kit is installed between the VacMaster™ 96 outlet connector and the vacuum control unit (VCU-1 or VCU-2) in order to trap all liquids that are aspirated through the 96-well plates.
