Bacterial freezing media is a sterile, ready to use cryopreservation media for long term storage of bacterial cultures. Ideal for the preservation of transformed bacteria as well as non fastidious bacteria.

• Each vial contains 0,5 ml LB broth (Miller formulation) with 30% glycerol
• Vials are marked at 0,5 ml increments and provide an area for recording strain information
• Viability of frozen cultures after thawing is 85%

Add 1 ml of saturated culture to the vial, vortex, and store at –70 °C
