CHROMABOND® HR-XC is a benzenesulfonic acid modified polymeric cation exchanger for SPE.
- Base material: Spherical PS/DVB copolymer with a large specific surface and a high pH stability of 1 to 14
- Cation exchange capacity 1,0 meg/g
- Outstanding recovery rates especially for basic analytes
Recommended applications include separation of basic active ingredients from strongly matrix-contaminated samples like urine, plasma or serum as well as basic substances like fungicides from food. Also suited for basic analytes like amines and bases with pKa 2 to 10.
