Detection of the separated PAHs by UV (250 to 280 nm) with diode array or with fluorescence detection at different wavelengths for excitation and emission. But acenaphthylene cannot be analyzed with fluorescence detection.
EC guard columns are used for analytical EC columns with the Column Protection System guard column holder (554-5851).
