Anti-ATG4C Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5.5®)

Supplier: BIOSS INC

Cysteine protease required for autophagy, which cleaves the C-terminal part of either MAP1LC3, GABARAPL2 or GABARAP, allowing the liberation of form I. A subpopulation of form I is subsequently converted to a smaller form (form II). Form II, with a revealed C-terminal glycine, is considered to be the phosphatidylethanolamine (PE)-conjugated form, and has the capacity for the binding to autophagosomes.

Anti-ABLIM3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy3®)

Supplier: BIOSS INC

The ABLIM1 protein has an N-terminal domain that contains four double zinc finger motifs, which conform to the LIM motif consensus sequence. ABLIM1 binds to F-Actin through a dematin-like domain and is expressed in retina, brain and muscle tissue. There are four known isoforms of ABLIM1. The gene encoding ABLIM1 maps to a region of chromosome 10 associated with frequent loss of heterozygosity in human tumors, thus identifying ABLIM1 as a candidate tumor suppressor gene. ABLIM2 and ABLIM3 show highest expression in muscle and neuronal tissues, bind to F-Actin, and are localized on stress fibers. They also have been shown to enhance STARS (striated muscle activator of Rho signaling) dependent activation of serum-response factor (SRF), thereby modulating transcription.

Anti-ALK Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase))

Supplier: BIOSS INC

This gene encodes a receptor tyrosine kinase, which belongs to the insulin receptor superfamily. This protein comprises an extracellular domain, an hydrophobic stretch corresponding to a single pass transmembrane region, and an intracellular kinase domain. It plays an important role in the development of the brain and exerts its effects on specific neurons in the nervous system. This gene has been found to be rearranged, mutated, or amplified in a series of tumours including anaplastic large cell lymphomas, neuroblastoma, and non-small cell lung cancer. The chromosomal rearrangements are the most common genetic alterations in this gene, which result in creation of multiple fusion genes in tumourigenesis, including ALK (chromosome 2)/EML4 (chromosome 2), ALK/RANBP2 (chromosome 2), ALK/ATIC (chromosome 2), ALK/TFG (chromosome 3), ALK/NPM1 (chromosome 5), ALK/SQSTM1 (chromosome 5), LK/KIF5B (chromosome 10), ALK/CLTC (chromosome 17), ALK/TPM4 (chromosome 19), and ALK/MSN (chromosome X).[provided by RefSeq, Jan 2011].

Anti-PRKAB1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: BIOSS INC

Non-catalytic subunit of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), an energy sensor protein kinase that plays a key role in regulating cellular energy metabolism. In response to reduction of intracellular ATP levels, AMPK activates energy-producing pathways and inhibits energy-consuming processes: inhibits protein, carbohydrate and lipid biosynthesis, as well as cell growth and proliferation. AMPK acts via direct phosphorylation of metabolic enzymes, and by longer-term effects via phosphorylation of transcription regulators. Also acts as a regulator of cellular polarity by remodeling the actin cytoskeleton; probably by indirectly activating myosin. Beta non-catalytic subunit acts as a scaffold on which the AMPK complex assembles, via its C-terminus that bridges alpha (PRKAA1 or PRKAA2) and gamma subunits (PRKAG1, PRKAG2 or PRKAG3).

Anti-FBXO31 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 555)

Supplier: BIOSS INC

FBXO31 belongs to the F-box protein family. Such proteins are characterized by an F-box motif of approximately 40 residues. F-box proteins interact with SKP1 through the F box and they interact with ubiquitination targets through other protein interaction domains. There are two different isoforms.

Anti-KCNA2B Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy7®)

Supplier: BIOSS INC

Voltage-gated K+ channels in the plasma membrane control the repolarization and the frequency of action potentials in neurons, muscles, and other excitable cells. The KV gene family encodes more than 30 genes that comprise the subunits of the K+ channels, and they vary in their gating and permeation properties, subcellular distribution, and expression patterns. Functional KV channels assemble as tetramers consisting of pore-forming a-subunits (KV), which include the KV1, KV2, KV3, and KV4 proteins, and accessory or KV-subunits that modify the gating properties of the coexpressed KV subunits. Differences exist in the patterns of trafficking, biosynthetic processing, and surface expression of the major KV1 subunits (KV1.1, KV1.2, and KV1.4) expressed in rat and human brain, suggesting that the individual protein subunits are highly regulated to control for the assembly and formation of functional neuronal channels. KV beta.2 can also be designated KCNAB2, KKv beta2.1 or AKR6A5.

Anti-ATG4B Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (HRP (Horseradish PE (Phycoerythrin)rOxidase))

Supplier: BIOSS INC

Cysteine protease required for the cytoplasm to vacuole transport (Cvt) and autophagy. Cleaves the C-terminal amino acid of ATG8 family proteins MAP1LC3, GABARAPL1, GABARAPL2 and GABARAP, to reveal a C-terminal glycine. Exposure of the glycine at the C-terminus is essential for ATG8 proteins conjugation to phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and insertion to membranes, which is necessary for autophagy. Has also an activity of delipidating enzyme for the PE-conjugated forms.

Anti-BMX Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase))

Supplier: BIOSS INC

This gene encodes a non-receptor tyrosine kinase belonging to the Tec kinase family. The protein contains a PH-like domain, which mediates membrane targeting by binding to phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-triphosphate (PIP3), and a SH2 domain that binds to tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins and functions in signal transduction. The protein is implicated in several signal transduction pathways including the Stat pathway, and regulates differentiation and tumorigenicity of several types of cancer cells. Multiple alternatively spliced variants, encoding the same protein, have been identified.[provided by RefSeq, Sep 2009].

Anti-PTGFR Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy3®)

Supplier: BIOSS INC

Receptor for prostaglandin F2-alpha (PGF2-alpha). The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. Initiates luteolysis in the corpus luteum (By similarity). Isoforms 2 to 7 do not bind PGF2-alpha but are proposed to modulate signaling by participating in variant receptor complexes; heterodimers between isoform 1 and isoform 5 are proposed to be a receptor for prostamides including the synthetic analog bimatoprost.
