Ideal solution for monitoring the solvent front in development of TLC/HPTLC plates without relying on a stopwatch. The desired developing distance is set, and as soon as the solvent front has reached this position, visual and acoustic signals alert the operator. This allows more constructive and efficient time/tasks management as well as guaranteeing accurate results. Designed to work with TLC/HPTLC glass chambers and plates up to 200×200 mm, battery powered (up to 1000 developments).
