Unlike Vectashield® EverBrite™ mounting media is compatible with Cy® dyes such as Cy®2, Cy®3 and Cy®5. EverBrite™ mounting medium is a wet-set medium while EverBrite™ hardset mounting medium cures overnight to form a hard permanent seal with the coverslip, eliminating the need to seal coverslip edges with nail polish or other sealants.
