Alli Lynch
Alli Lynch is a scientist working in the Protein Separations R&D group at Merck. She received her Ph.D. in Molecular Microbiology from University College Cork in 2018, where her research involved the genetic characterization of the role of glycine lipids in Bacteroides, a major member of the human gut microbiome. Alli joined Merck in 2019, working on product and application development of Molecular Biology and Cell Culture tools within the Merck portfolio.

Pawel Kroliczak
Pawel Kroliczak holds a Ph.D. in Biology and has accumulated several years of experience in the research field. Over two decades ago, he joined Millipore as an Application Specialist. Following Merck's acquisition, Pawel has undertaken various roles and responsibilities, currently overseeing the entire EMEA region. His focus is on managing a diverse range of biology products.
