qSTAR first-strand cDNA synthesis kit for miRNA is a two-step protocol kit.
The miRNA cDNA then becomes an effective qPCR template in SYBR Green I based qPCR method. The kit is uniquely designed to function only with OriGene’s miRNA detection system.
Delivery information: Kit includes 1 Vial poly (A) polymerase reaction 10X buffer [55 µl], 1 Vial poly (A) polymerase (5U/ μl) [55 µl], 1 Vial 10 mM ATP [55 µl], 1 Vial 5X MMLV buffer (dNTPs included)[350 µl], 1 Vial MMLV Reverse Transcriptase (200 U/µl)[55 µl], 1 Vial Oligo dT mix [55 µl], 1 Vial control primer pair (U6) [500 µl].
