The Polaris C18-A phase is specially designed for high-throughput and LC/MS analysis of polar analytes in drug discovery, drug metabolism, and AR&D areas.
- Bonded with a polar group placed near the silica surface
- Universal stationary phase with a pH range of 1,5 to 10
Provides an added retention mechanism for polar analytes. The polar group deactivates the few residual silanols through charge delocalization to enhance peak shape.
