The Analysette®18 heavy duty analytical sieve shaker was specially designed for large sieving quantities. It can effortlessly sieve up to 15 kg of material between 20 μm and 125 mm. This sieving unit is particularly suitable for particle size analysis and portioning of coarse-grained materials through dry sieving or wet sieving with conversion kit.

  • Robust design for heavy-duty operating conditions
  • Conversion kit for wet sieving
  • Two maintenance-free unbalanced motor
  • Operation by remote control via a separate operating unit
  • Multilingual Autosieve® programme for automatic evaluation, monitoring, documentation of results

In this sieving unit material can accelerate both in vertical and horizontal motion which ensures the permanent change of direction of material. This three-dimensional motion also reduces the sieving time and increases the separation efficiency without manual re-sieving and optimal reproducibility.

TwinNut fastening system for sieves and clamping lid ensure constant tensioning pressure and stability. Up to 12 test sieves (65 mm height) with sieve pans and lid can be used per working cycle.
