- Strongly basic anion exchanger -N+(CH₃)₃ based on quaternised polyethylene (PEI) gel matrix
- Eluent in column 0,1 M Na₂SO₄ + 0,2% NaN₃
Recommended applications include purification of peptides, large proteins and oligonucleotides, high capacity for proteins even at pH 10.
