Anti-TNFRSF10B Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (FITC) [clone: HS201]
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
TRAIL-R2 is a receptor for the cytotoxic ligand TRAIL. The adapter molecule FADD recruits caspase-8 to the activated receptor. The resulting death-inducing signaling complex (DISC) performs caspase-8 proteolytic activation which initiates the subsequent cascade of caspases (aspartate-specific cysteine proteases) mediating apoptosis. Promotes the activation of NF-kappaB.

Anti-PRKAA2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 647)
Supplier: Bioss
The genus Salmonella is a member of the family Enterobacteriaceae. The genus is composed of Gram-negative bacilli that are facultative and flagellated (motile). Salmonellae possess 3 major antigens; the "H" or flagellar antigen (phase 1 & 2), the "O" or somatic antigen (part of the LPS moiety) and the "Vi" or capsular antigen (referred to as "K" in other Enterobacteriaceae). Salmonellae also possess the LPS endotoxin characteristic of Gram-negative bacteria. This LPS is composed of an "O" polysaccharide ("O" antigen) an "R" core and the endotoxic inner "Lipid A". Endotoxins evoke fever and can activate complement, kinin and clotting factors. Until recently the most common cause of food poisoning by Salmonella species was due to S. Typhimurium. As its name suggests, it causes a typhoid-like disease in mice. In humans S. Typhimurium does not cause as severe disease as S. Typhi, and is not normally fatal. The disease is characterized by diarrhea, abdominal cramps, vomiting and nausea, and generally lasts up to 7 days.

Anti-MYH Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (FITC)
Supplier: Bioss
Cardiac muscle myosin is a hexamer consisting of two heavy chain subunits, two light chain subunits, and two regulatory subunits. This gene encodes the alpha heavy chain subunit of cardiac myosin. The gene is located 4 kb downstream of the gene encoding the beta heavy chain subunit of cardiac myosin. Mutations in this gene cause familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and atrial septal defect 3.

Anti-CD5 Rat Monoclonal Antibody (FITC) [clone: 53-7.3]
Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
The 53-7.3 monoclonal antibody is specific for mouse CD5, a 67 kDa protein that is expressed on most thymocytes, mature T cells and the B-1 subset of B cells. CD5 is a member of the scavenger receptor cysteine-rich protein superfamily and is a ligand for the c-type lectin CD72. CD5 is also known as Leu-1 and functions to modulate antigen receptor signaling on T and B cells.

Anti-JAG1 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (FITC) [clone: J1G53-3]
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Jagged-1 is a ligand for multiple Notch receptors and involved in the mediation of Notch signaling. It is involved in cell-fate decisions during hematopoiesis. Is involved in early and late stages of mammalian cardiovascular development. Inhibits myoblast differentiation. Enhances fibroblast growth factor-induced angiogenesis (in vitro). Defects in Jagged-1 are the cause of Alagille syndrome type 1 (ALGS1) and tetralogy of Fallot (TOF).

Anti-T140 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (FITC)
Supplier: Bioss
IFT140 is a gene encodes one of the subunits of the intraflagellar transport (IFT) complex A. Intraflagellar transport is involved in the genesis, resorption and signaling of primary cilia. The primary cilium is a microtubule-based sensory organelle at the surface of most quiescent mammalian cells, that receives signals from its environment, such as the flow of fluid, light or odors, and transduces those signals to the nucleus. Loss of the corresponding protein in mouse results in renal cystic disease.

Anti-IkB beta Ser19 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (FITC)
Supplier: Bioss
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the NF-kappa-B inhibitor family, which inhibit NF-kappa-B by complexing with, and trapping it in the cytoplasm. Phosphorylation of serine residues on these proteins by kinases marks them for destruction via the ubiquitination pathway, thereby allowing activation of the NF-kappa-B, which translocates to the nucleus to function as a transcription factor. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.

Anti-MPP4 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (FITC)
Supplier: Bioss
This gene encodes a member of the membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) protein family, with an N-terminal PDZ domain, a central src homology 3 region (SH3), and a C-terminal guanylate kinase-like (GUK) domain. The protein is localised to the outer limiting membrane in the retina, and is thought to function in photoreceptor polarity and the organisation of specialised intercellular junctions. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described, but their biological validity has not been determined.

Anti-HERC4 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (FITC)
Supplier: Bioss
HERC4 belongs to the HERC family of ubiquitin ligases, all of which contain a HECT domain and at least 1 RCC1 (MIM 179710)-like domain (RLD). The 350-amino acid HECT domain is predicted to catalyse the formation of a thioester with ubiquitin before transferring it to a substrate, and the RLD is predicted to act as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for small G proteins (Hochrainer et al., 2005 [PubMed 15676274]).

Anti-IGF2AS Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (FITC)
Supplier: Bioss
This gene expresses a paternally imprinted antisense transcript of the insulin-like growth factor 2 gene. The transcript is overexpressed in Wilms' tumor. This gene is predicted to be non-coding because the predicted protein is not conserved in any other species and the majority of transcripts would be candidates for non-sense mediated decay (NMD) if a protein were expressed. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Anti-HEMK2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (FITC)
Supplier: Bioss
HEMK2 is a 214 amino acid protein that belongs to the methyltransferase superfamily and exists as multiple alternatively spliced isoforms. The gene encoding HEMK2 maps to human chromosome 21, which houses approximately 300 genes and comprises nearly 1,5% of the human genome. Chromosome 21-associated disorders include Alzheimer's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and, most notably, Down syndrome (also known as trisomy 21).
