This aerosol-based disinfection system for cleanrooms and critical areas represents an effective alternative to disinfection procedures that use formaldehyde. The dispersion head is positioned at the highest point of the equipment to allow rapid, complete dispersion of a dry fog. Minncare Dry Fog™ generates extremely fine droplets of 7,5 µm, ensuring even dispersion, even in corners that are hard to reach, with wetting of surfaces. The system can be configured for any room size and shape, including multi-room areas up to a total volume of 1000 m³. Minncare Dry Fog™ is portable, autoclavable, and needs nothing more than a source of compressed air. It was developed for the biopharmaceutical industry, and is documented with respect to pharmaceutical requirements.
- Time saving: Cuts time required for each cycle, e.g. 2 to 3 hours for the entire procedure
- Fog evaporates and leaves no residue on surfaces
- International distribution (several hundred appliances validated, 70% of these in Europe)
- Size of droplets produced is precisely controlled
- Autoclavable
Thermo-hygrometer with cableless probe enables the disinfection process to be monitored throughout, and assures reproducibility of the procedure. Wireless remote control unit enables the system to be activated in complete safety from outside the treatment area.
New FDA recommendations regarding use of sporicidal agents in aseptic areas.
The maintenance kit includes the spare parts needed for routine use as well as parts for preventative maintenance. The vapour detection kit allows simple, accurate checking to ensure that the quality of the air in the room following disinfection is such that anyone returning to the area may do so in complete safety.
