HFIB-d - Human Fibroblast from dermis - are obtained from human tissue, in particularly from the dermis, initially isolated in their in vivo state. The cells are then transitioned into a primary cell culture and subsequently aliquoted and frozen for preservation. It's crucial to note that HFIB cultures undergo careful methods during isolation, ensuring that they remain untransformed and unmutated, maintaining characteristics reflective of their in vivo state. These primary cultures have a limited in-vitro lifespan.

• Each batch of HFIB-d undergoes rigorous testing, specifically assessing their proliferative capacity. These assessments are conducted using provitro's culture reagents, as detailed in the accompanying certificate of analysis. This stringent testing process ensures the consistency and reliability of HFIB-d cultures for research and experimental applications. This product contain 500000 cells/cryovial.

Storge: Check the cryovial for signs of damage upon receipt. Since the cryopreserved HFIB-d samples are shipped on dry ice, they must be immediately transferred to a freezer at −80 °C for storage, either for a period of up to one week or after the thawing process described below.

In cases where longer storage is required, the vial should be transferred directly to liquid nitrogen at a temperature of −196 °C. This ensures optimal preservation of the vial. This ensures optimal preservation of the cryopreserved HFIB-d samples for longer-term storage requirements.
