Genomic DNA ScreenTape analysis provides fast, automated and reliable electrophoretic separation of input genomic DNA samples. The gDNA ScreenTape assay can separate DNA samples from 200 to more than 60000 base pairs in less than 2 minutes/sample. Samples can be analysed from multiple sources including FFPE.

Objective gDNA integrity assessment is delivered with a numeric measurement, the DNA Integrity Number (DIN).

The assay is compatible with all Agilent TapeStation instruments.
