EGFR substrate

Residues 2-12 are the v-Src (412-422) autophosphorylation site with an extra Arg for phosphocellulose binding. This substrate sequence, RRLIEDNEYTARG, was originally described as an EGFR substrate in A431 cell extracts (Km=0,3-0,6 mM).
