About this item
Thermo Scientific™ DreamTaq™ Hot Start PCR Master Mix is a ready to use 2X reaction mix that includes DreamTaq™ Hot Start DNA Polymerase, DreamTaq™ buffer, magnesium, and dNTPs. The master mix allows easy reaction setup with fewer pipetting steps, with only primers, template, and water needing to be added. The green master mix includes density reagent and two tracking dyes for convenient direct loading of PCR products on a gel.
Delivery: Supplied with nuclease-free water.
