These filters are compatible with high purity gases as well as general nitrogen and CDA applications. Available in Bronze and Silver performance levels, they are specifically designed for high flow and low delta pressure applications and provide ultimate process protection by removing contaminants that could affect process quality.

Filter element: Hydrophobic PTFE membrane supported by moulded PTFE PFA structure; Housing: Electropolished low sulphur 316L stainless steel.

Applications: Facility hook-up, valve manifold boxes, point-of-use gas panel applications.

Downstream cleanliness particles: Less than 0,03 particles/litre (<1 particle/0,028 m³) greater than 0,01 μm.

Downstream cleanliness volatiles (Silver): <10 ppb H₂O and O₂. Below LDL THC (lower detection limit is 5 ppb).
