Capto™ Phenyl (high sub) and Capto™ Butyl are hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) resins used in the capture and intermediate stages of protein purification.

• Reproducible results, scalable to BioProcess columns packed with the same resin using the same flow velocity

Capto™ Phenyl (high sub) is an excellent choice for initial and intermediate step purifications requiring a chromatography resin with resin to high hydrophobicity. Performance and selectivity are similar to that of Phenyl Sepharose™ 6 Fast Flow (high sub). Higher flow rates can be used with Capto™ Phenyl (high sub) during equilibration, wash and regeneration.
