You searched for: Stirrers
Stirrers are used ubiquitously in laboratories for simple mixing procedures with solutions of varying viscosities and heating needs. Hotplate varieties bring solutions up to heat quickly and efficiently, and powerful magnets in automatic stirrers deliver reliably consistent performance for all samples. Stirring rods and powered stirring units are all built of durable materials and deliver long-lasting performance under regular or continuous use. Surfaces are easy to clean for low maintenance concerns.

Mixing system, VISCO JET® for overhead stirrers
Supplier: Heidolph Instruments GmbH & Co.KG
VISCO JET® homogenises low and high viscosity liquids in vessels by creating dynamic flow conditions by means of the so-called cone principle. Turbulent flows are created at the taper end by acceleration, displacement and retardation. These flows advance through the stirred medium and result in the new dynamic mixing motion.

Vacuum Stirrer Shafts, Kombi-Vac
Supplier: GREINER GASSNER
Borosilicate glass with PTFE stirrer shaft insert and PTB screw cap ideal fit based on the screw fixing and insert position. The medium or gas to be stirred comes into contact with glass or PTFE. As vacuum-tight stirring cannot be achieved due to the cold flow of PTFE (Hostaflon), a sealing element made of Viton is located in the top part of the replaceable stirrer shaft. This sealing element creates a vacuum-tight connection between the stirrer shaft and agitator shafts. This design ensures excellent results from mixing trials in a vacuum, as well as for long-term trials at high speeds.
