These heavy duty bottles are used for storing and transporting of light sensitive materials. It includes linerless, orange polypropylene plug seal cap with drip-free pouring rings.
Sizes 100 ml and above have a glass bead that indicates full capacity line. Optional red PBT caps and red ETFE pouring rings are available for dry heat sterilisation (180 °C). Bottles feature permanent white enamel graduations and marking spots.
Ordering information: All sizes except the 25 ml bottle include a drip-free pouring ring.
Caution: Do not tighten caps immediately after autoclaving as the vacuum resulting from cooling can cause breakage. Bottles larger than 2 L should not be used with bottle top filter units or in other applications involving vacuum pressure as breakage may occur. A vented cap is not recommended for use on the 5 and 10 L bottles for venting during autoclaving.
