Photopette® Cell is a handheld spectrophotometer designed to determine the cell density of mammalian cells, e. coli, spirulina, yeast and other cells at OD600, determine lactate and ethanol concentration and to be used on other enzymatic assays based on the NADH/NAD system. The software comes with inbuilt calibrations and allows the user to create own custom calibrations.
Photopette® Bio is a handheld spectrophotometer designed to determine the concentration of nucleic acid and protein samples directly in the sample without having to transfer the sample into a cuvette. The software comes with inbuilt calibrations and allows the user to create own custom calibrations.
The Photopette® is battery powered and has a small footprint, which makes the instrument highly portable and able to use anywhere in the laboratory.
