Photopette® OD600 is an affordable handheld spectrophotometer designed to determine the cell density and monitor the growth of bacteria and yeast cultures directly in the culture medium without having to transfer the sample into a cuvette. The software comes with inbuilt calibrations and allows the user to create own custom calibrations.
