TriLink® N6-Methyladenosine-5'-Triphosphate
Supplier: TriLink BioTechnologies
N6-methyl adenosine (N6-methyl ATP) is a base modified analog of adenosine and is found as a minor nucleoside in natural RNAs (Meyer et al.). N6-methyl ATP can substitute for ATP in some biological systems, and is a potent agonist for P2Y-purinoceptors in the guinea pig, taenia coli (Burnstock et al.).

TriLink® CleanCap® M6 EPO mRNA (N1MePsU)
Supplier: TriLink BioTechnologies
EPO mRNA encodes the human erythropoietin (EPO) protein, a hormone that controls erythropoiesis, or red blood cell production. EPO also plays a role in wound healing and the brain’s response to neural injury. Kariko et al. showed that transfection of EPO mRNA in vivo resulted in significant increases of both reticulocyte counts and hematocrits.

TriLink® 2',3'-Dideoxycytidine-5'-O-(1-Thiotriphosphate)
Supplier: TriLink BioTechnologies
2',3'-Dideoxycytidine-5'-O-(1-Thiotriphosphate) is a sugar modified nucleoside triphosphate where the 2' and 3' hydroxyl groups are absent, resulting in chain termination. This ddCTP analog also contains a 1-Thiotriphosphate which results in a nuclease resistant phosphorothioate linkage. The inability of polymerases to extend from a dideoxy nucleotide causes chain termination and is useful in antiviral research and in a variety of biotechnology applications.

TriLink® CleanCap® M6 IVT Kit, High Yield
Supplier: TriLink BioTechnologies
TriLink’s CleanCap® M6 IVT kit, high yield is a comprehensive solution for mRNA synthesis by in vitro transcription (IVT) with CleanCap® co-transcriptional capping. The kit components are sufficient for 25×100 µl or 125×20 µl reactions under the recommended protocol. When used with the pulse feed protocol, each kit is expected to yield 20 to 25 mg of capped mRNA.

CleanCap® AU FLuc saRNA
Supplier: TriLink BioTechnologies
This construct expresses a firefly luciferase (FLuc) protein, originally isolated from the firefly Photinus pyralis, as self-amplifying RNA (saRNA). FLuc is commonly used in mammalian cell culture to measure both gene expression and cell viability. It emits bioluminescence in the presence of the substrate, luciferin.

TriLink® CleanCap® Cas9 mRNA (5 moU)
Supplier: TriLink BioTechnologies
Cas9 mRNA expresses a version of the Streptococcus pyogenes SF370 Cas9 protein (CRISPR Associated Protein 9). Cas9 functions as part of the CRISPR (Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats) genome editing system. In the CRISPR system, an RNA guide sequence targets the site of interest, and the Cas9 protein is employed to perform double-stranded DNA cleavage.

TriLink® Biotin-16-Aminoallyl-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-Triphosphate
Supplier: TriLink BioTechnologies
Biotin-16-Aminoallyl-2'-deoxyuridine can be enzymatically incorporated into DNA via PCR, nick translation, primer extension using Klenow(exo-) DNA polymerase, and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT). Biotinylated cDNA can be prepared with this NTP using Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus (M-MLV) reverse transcriptase.
