The tube contains a proprietary reagent that immediately stabilises all total RNA, including miRNA.
- Enables accurate detection and quantitation of gene transcripts
- Minimises ex vivo blood RNA degradation or gene induction
Stabilises RNA for three days at room temperature (18 to 25 °C) and five days at 4 °C. Paxgene™ tubes can be frozen at –20 °C or –70 °C for long term storage.
