Delivered in the form of a basal medium, it becomes a complete and suitable environment for culturing HUEPC upon the addition of three supplement components.

Storge: Store the supplemented endothelial cell proliferation medium in a dark environment at temperatures ranging from 4 to 8 °C for a maximum duration of one month. Avoid heating the medium beyond 37 °C and refrain from using uncontrolled heat sources, such as microwave appliances. When utilising a portion of the medium, extract the required amount from the bottle and warm it appropriately. Never freeze the medium, as this could result in elevated salt concentrations due to the separation of pure water during freezing, leading to irreversible damage.
