Conditional Reprogramming (CR) Medium

Conditional reprogramming medium for epithelial cell expansion.

Conditional Reprogramming (CR) medium is optimised to use with 3T3-J2 irradiated feeder cells to expand epithelial cells without genetic modification. Mature epithelial cells have been shown to restore tissue-specific progenitor phenotype that enables proliferation in the presence of CR medium. This conditional proliferative capability is deactivated once the medium is removed from the cells. CR medium is suitable to propagate primary epithelial cells from healthy or tumor tissues (airway, retina, prostate, breast, intestine, pancreas, liver biliary duct, etc).

This product is free of antibiotics and intended for research use only. CR medium must be supplemented with cholera toxin prior to use.

 : Product restrictions: (i) Customer shall not make products or any portion of them in any way, shape or form, including as a component of another product available for the purpose of further resale or alter or remove the Product label and the Supplier’s mark of origin without express written permission of Supplier and (ii) Customer is familiar with Supplier’s restrictions on the use of the products and shall use the products in compliance with such restrictions and the applicable Supplier Product Information sheet (collectively, the 'Product Restrictions').
