PCB rack is moulded from a conductive thermoplastic compound based on polypropylene copolymer with carbon black and reinforced with mica flake.
- These racks are designed to protect CMOS loaded boards in storage
- Recommended maximum operating temperature is 85 °C
- Open carrying handles
20 slots with easy-to-load angle: 3×8 mm on a 25 mm pitch.
Electrical properties: Surface resistance <10⁵ Ohms/square (ASTM D-257), Volume resistance <10⁴ Ohms-cm (ASTM D-257).
Mechanical properties: Tensile strength @ break 3000 (21) psi (MPa) (ASTM D-638), Tensile elongation @ break 9 to 12% (ASTM D-638).
