The multiple affinity removal spin cartridge – Human 6 (standard or high-capacity) is designed to chromatographically remove six interfering high-abundant proteins from human plasma samples. Removal of these abundant proteins improves the subsequent LC/MS and electrophoretic analysis of the serum sample by effectively expanding the dynamic range of the analysis.

• Cartridge eliminates approximately 85 to 90% of total protein (albumin, IgG, IgA, transferrin, haptoglobin, and antitrypsin)
• Serum load volume ranges between 7 to 10 µl per run for the standard cartridge, up to 14 to 16 µl for the high-capacity cartridge
• Total load volume is 200 µl (serum plus buffer)
• Minimise sample loss by utilising our rapid, single injection protocols and optimised buffers
• Process the most plasma/serum over the column lifetime, up to 2000 µl for the standard cartridge, 3200 µl for the high-capacity cartridge

Protocols and column are optimised for use with human serum. Column not recommended for use with mouse serum. Compatible with standard benchtop microcentrifuges and Luer-lok syringes.
