Purified IgG fraction of antiserum covalently coupled with high purity Isomer I of fluorescein isothiocyanate. Care is taken to insure complete removal of any free fluorescein from the final product.

Respiratory Syncytial Virus antibody is in a phosphate saline buffer (0.01M, pH 7.2) containing BSA (10 mg/ml) as a stabilizer and 0.1% sodium azide preservative.

Aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
