Manufactured from high impact polystyrene with a hydrophobic surface that ensures no absorption of water from atmosphere or sample. The anti-staic version is made from PS material, modified to significantly reduce the charge relaxation time in comparison to standard weigh boats - the majority of electrostatic charge dissipates within seconds when earthed on the balance pan
