Buffertar för elektrofores

Elektroforesbuffertar upprätthåller stabila pH-nivåer under separation av DNA, RNA och andra proteiner. Genom att tillhandahålla joner som överför den applicerade strömmen möjliggör de lågladdade lösningarna att molekyler av olika storlek rör sig med olika hastigheter för analys. Som extra skydd för proteiner förhindrar de preparativa ämnena nedbrytning och säkerställer provens livsduglighet och exakta testresultat. Tillgängliga i olika molekylvikter kan den bästa elektroforesbufferten väljas utifrån de specifika makromolekyler som hanteras.
