Filtertrattar
Tungt filtreringstrattar hjälper till att samla upp fasta ämnen i vätskor. Den hällda vätskan dras med vakuum genom sintrade skivor eller perforerade plattor och rinner ut genom långa, vinklade stammar. Vanliga Hirsh- eller Büchner-varianter med räfflor förhindrar luftlås och snabbar upp processen. Kemikalie- och temperaturbeständighet gör att veckade filtreringstrattar klarar hårda ämnen och upprepad sterilisering. Modellerna varierar i kapacitet, porositet och filterpappersstorlek.
