Septa
Septa finns i olika material och tjocklekar. PTFE/naturgummi är måttligt prissatta tätningar för GC och HPLC med goda kemiska egenskaper. De är idealiska för flera injektioner tack vare hög återförslutningsförmåga, men inte lika lätt att penetrera som PTFE/RR. PTFE/högpresterande gummi är ett mycket rent syntetiskt rött gummiseptum som ger reducerad bakgrundsnivå för specifika GC-applikationer med känsliga detektorer som ECD eller NPD. PTFE/silikon (T/S): septa av 100 % syntetiskt, rent silikon, hög kvalitet och låg bakgrund/blankvärde.
