Anti-ERAS Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5®)

Supplier: Bioss

ERAS belongs to the small GTPase superfamily. Ras family. Ras proteins bind GDP/GTP and possess intrinsic GTPase activity. The ERas gene is expressed in embryonic stem (ES) cells and promotes their in vitro proliferation and tumorigenicity. ERas-null ES cells maintain pluripotency but show significantly reduced growth and tumorigenicity, which are rescued by expression of ERas complementary DNA or by activated phosphatidylinositol-3-OH kinase.

Anti-EDA Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5®)

Supplier: Bioss

Affected males of X-linked anhidrotic ectodermal dysplasia show hypotrichosis, abnormal teeth and absent sweat glands. Some of the patients reported by Halperin and Curtis showed mental defect also, but this is not an invariable feature. Ectodysplasin A (EDA) is a trimeric type II membrane protein that co-localizes with cytoskeletal structures at the lateral and apical surfaces of cells. EDA is expressed in hair follicles and in the epidermis of adult skin. The sequence of the longest isoform includes an interrupted collagenous domain of 19 Gly-X-Y repeats and a motif conserved in the tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-related ligand family. EDA is a member of the TNF-related ligand family involved in the early epithelial-mesenchymal interaction that regulates ectodermal appendage formation. Similar to other members of collagenous membrane proteins and members of TNF-related ligands, EDA is a type II membrane protein which forms trimers.

Anti-EVC Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy7®)

Supplier: Bioss

EVC is an autosomal skeletal dysplasia caused by mutations in the EVC and EVC2 genes. Found in developing ribs, heart, kidney and lung, the EVC gene is responsible for normal development of the face, limbs, teeth and nails. The protein expressed by the EVC gene is an intracellular component of the hedgehog signal pathway that contains a leucine zipper and transmembrane domain. Defects in the EVC gene can lead to short-limb dwarfism, ectodermal dysplasia and cardiac anomalies such as irregular atrioventricular septum development. Additionally, the EVC gene has been implicated in Weyers acrodental dysostosis, an autosomal dominant disease characterized by facial abnormalities and limb defects.

Anti-AdV 5 E1A Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-AdV 5 E1A Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Bioss

Chromatin reader that specifically recognizes and binds histone H3.3 trimethylated at 'Lys-36' (H3.3K36me3) and regulates RNA polymerase II elongation. Does not bind other histone H3 subtypes (H3.1 or H3.2) (By similarity). Colocalizes with highly expressed genes and functions as a transcription corepressor by modulating RNA polymerase II at the elongation stage. Acts as a tumor-suppressor by repressing a transcriptional program essential for tumor cell growth.
