Perfect DNA™ markers

Molecular size markers for routine use in plasmid cloning, the Perfect DNA™ markers contain sets of DNA species having convenient, easy-to-remember sizes for agarose gel analysis. The markers have uniform band intensities except for the indicated reference bands, which are useful for instant band identification.

1 ml Perfect DNA™ markers in 1X DNA gel loading buffer, for markers 0,05 to 10 kbp (Cat. No. 70540-3) or 500 μl Perfect DNA™ markers in 1X DNA gel loading buffer, for markers 0,1 to 12 and 0,5 to 12 kbp (Cat. Nos. 70087-3 and 69002-3).
1 ml 6X DNA gel loading buffer.

Delivery information: Each vial of markers contains sufficient for 100 lanes. An extra vial of 6X DNA gel loading buffer is included.
