Superfrost Plus slides are specially treated for frozen tissue sections.
- Permanent positive charge binds freshly frozen tissue sections and cytology preparations
- Ground edges and colour-frosted ends for labelling
- Tissue section thickness: 2 to 5 µm
Electrostatically binds tissue sections to the slide virtually preventing any loss during staining.
Cytology preparations placed on these slides resist cell loss during enzyme digestion, DNA denaturation, and RNA hybridisation.
