The EasySep™ Human Naïve CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit II is designed to isolate naïve CD8+ T cells from fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells by negative selection. The EasySep™ procedure involves labelling unwanted cells with antibody complexes and magnetic particles. The magnetically-labelled cells are separated from the untouched desired cells by using an EasySep™ magnet and simply pouring or pipetting the desired cells into a new tube.

This product replaces the EasySep™ Human Naïve CD8+ T Cell Enrichment Kit for even faster cell isolations.
