The certified reference material (CRM) is intended to be used as a calibrant for chromatography and other analytical techniques. The CRM may also find the following uses:

• Analysis of long-term persistence of three 14C-labeled pesticides- ethidimuron, methabenzthiazuron, anilazine, and their metabolites in soil
• Gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric (GC-MS) determination of different classes of pesticide residues from various wastewater samples obtained from culturing and processing of potatoes
