RPI Media is now available in convenient pre-measured and pre-mixed capsules. Prebuffered media eliminates messy weighing and pH adjustments.

Simply dissolve 1 capsule per 1 L of distilled water. Water must be 37 °C or warmer to completely dissolve gelatin capsule. Agitate. Sterilise by autoclaving for 15 minutes before use. Buffer is set for 7,2 at 20 °C using a 10mM solution of Tris/Tris HCl. pH will vary depending on temperature.
